My golfing journey began at the age of 10 in Hornsea, East Yorkshire. I qualified as a full PGA Professional in 1986 and immediately took up the position of Head Professional in Germany, where I remained until 2000. During this time, I also qualified for the 2000 EuroPro Tour.
From 2001 to 2020, I served as Head Professional and Director of Golf at Driffield Golf Club. During my time there, I gained further qualifications in Club Management Services and played a key role in helping the club achieve the prestigious England GolfMark Award.
Since 2014, I have overseen the management and development of The East Yorkshire Golf Passport, promoting golf across the region and supporting participating clubs.
